We were visiting from Ohio and had an issue with our power steering. We went to Milhime's after finding it on Google. We didn't have an appointment and they were booked, but the owner, Scott, took the time to look at our car anyway. He was thorough and professional. He solved the problem, took the car for a test drive to make sure, and would not even take our money. If you ever need a mechanic in the Gettysburg area, Scott is your man, and Milhime's is the place.

As a small business owner that depends on my truck solely for my business, Scott and staff take excellent care of my truck to keep me running. My scheduled maintenance appointments are a must and I always have my truck back on time! Scott has gone above and beyond to help me out when I've been in a bad spot. He's worked after hours and weekends to get me back on the road. I've had to stop at a few Ford dealerships asking for help and haven't gotten any. Scott's small town, take care of you attitude could teach those large dealerships a thing or two about loyalty and compassion. Kayla works the office and always gets me in for an appointment and is happy to accommodate my crazy schedule whenever I need her too. 5 stars is hardly enough. They're a 10 all the way!!!
Scott the owner was really wonderful to us! Our diesel truck needed to be repaired before we could continue on our trip. He brought us back to our campground and picked us up again when our truck was complete. Got us repaired quickly and out the door and on the road again. Very reasonably priced. Honest and very helpful and really cared about helping us so our vacation would not be ruined. Cannot thank them enough. Office staff very friendly also! Thank you for going out of your way for us!
