A couple of weeks ago my husband stayed with my baby while I tried on clothes. When I came out he told me this old lady that works there encouraged a bunch of old ladies to gather around my baby and touched his hands and made him cry. I was pissed and left the store. Yesterday I wanted to give this place a second chance and went in with my baby to look for clohes for my mom and then an old lady that works there was following me trying to get too close to my baby. I let her see him to see what she would do. She grabbed my baby's hand and I asked her not to touch it, she didn't stop right away but when she saw my face and that I meant it she stopped. She didn't apologize or anything, she barely said "oh, it's ok".
Great selection of Talbots clothing, jewlery, and accessories. They carry Misses, Woman, and Petite sizes. Outstanding customer service with a terrific staff. My favorite Talbots store.
We left without purchasing anything again. This lady DOES NOT RESPECT personal space and should know that a lot of mothers don't like strangers getting so close to their children.
