Recently my heat went out in the home I purchased last year. I found out that the unit was under warranty and was given this company who may service this unit. I called and left a message and received a call back a few hours later. The person to whom I spoke (Carol) was less than nice. I was told that I would have to find the original owner (of a house built in 1999) and find out where the unit was purchased. I questioned the necessity of this because I had already been given a ticket number from the maker of that system confirming it was under warranty. I was then told in a very nasty voice that they will only do work for existing customers. I have beenin customer service for over 20 years and have never been treated like that! I will make sure that everyone I know will hear about the way these people do business.
