Shealers does not answer phone calls nor do they return your message when you have questions about service. After several weeks of phonecall attempts, I was able to speak with one of their people one time a month ago who said they would get me the information I requested but they never did. In fact they seemed rushed to get me off the phone.

I tried calling about changing the empty date and was basically rushed off the phone like he didn't care at all. The guy was extremely rude and short during the phone call. VERY unhappy with their customer service. They could've at least been nice!
