Disappointed! Was not even greeted! Ordered cafe Au lait and employee went to thermos for coffee... I could’ve done that! They have a gorgeous brass and copper coffee machine ..use it for special drinks! I paid more for thermos coffee with foam? No.thank you!
I love the ugly mug! Fast and friendly service. Nice atmosphere and the MOST IMPORTANT thing is that they have the best coffee for miles and miles around!
I was stopping by Gettysburg for a few hours and checked out The Ugly Mug Cafe. With my bad luck my wallet had fallen out of my coat jacket in their parking lot. Luckily they had found it and were willing to mail it back to me. It shows how much they care about their customers. Definitely going back if I'm ever stopping by Gettysburg again.
If you are staying on the outskirts of Gettysburg you have to come into town to get food. The Ugly Mug is a great choice for light fare and great espresso based drinks. And they have almond milk!! A great find.
