I had a highly positive experience ordering flowers for Valentine's Day through Murray's Greenhouse. I had very particular requests regarding the place and time of delivery, as well as my desire for them to send me a picture of the arrangement before delivery. The folks at Murray's were extraordinarily friendly and accommodating, and I highly recommend them to anyone sending flowers to a loved one in the Gettysburg area.
Having an arrangement delivered for my Fathers funeral. As if the loss was not bad enough this place was a nightmare. Multiple appointments made for scheduled delivery only for the delivery person to be an hour away at the time of the appointment! It was mentioned multiple times we may not be able to answer call on the way there. Final attempt we missed a call tried to call back got no one. Get to the location of delivery and they had gone ahead and skipped it because we didn't answer. AFTER saying we would NOT be able to answer but would be there. Save yourself the frustration and use another company. I've never had such a bad experience with a flower company, ever.
Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan....Choose Murray's to be my florist....Murray's definitely choose and delivered "beautiful flowers" to The Heidlersburg United Brethren Church in Memory of My Father Alonzo Hoffman..... Often times, friends send me pictures of the bouquets and plants immediately.....
I ordered an azalea for some friends, and what Murray's sent instead was a Gerbera daisy. Murray's didn't contact me to discuss if that substitution was OK with me, which it wasn't - they hid behind their policy that they are allowed to make "a similar substitution". I definitely don't consider Gerbera daisy to be similar to an azalea - the point was for my friends to have an fowering evergreen to plant in their yard. Very disappointed, and next time I need flowers for these friends will go somewhere else.
I CAN NOT GIVE THEM A ZERO SO THEY ARE LUCKY TO GET A ONE. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! THEY ARE LIERS. I HAD SOME FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY MOTHER. THEY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE DEC. 21, 2017, TO CONFIRM MY MOTHER WAS GOING TO BE HOME. SPOILING THE SURPRISE. THEN WHEN CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DELIVERY ON DEC 22,2017 WAS TOLD NO ONE WAS HOME. WHEN THEY WAS TOLD TO LEAVE THEM ON THE TABLE ON THE PORCH IF NO ONE ANSWERED THE DOOR. THEN THIS MORNING DEC 23,2017 THEY CALLED MY MOTHER AND SAID WE DO NOT DELIVER UP YOUR ROAD. SO HOW DID THEY DELIVER THEM YESTERDAY. THEY DIDN'T. THEY JUST CAN NOT BE HONEST SO I COULD HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENT TO HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY DELVER THEM TO MY MOTHER. FOR CHRISTMAS.
