First of all, nice arrangements at fair to higher prices. One nice helpful gentlemen on staff, the other ladies not so much. And three dogs, two cat(s?) and several parrots. It’s a busy shop and they do nice arrangements but don’t go if you’re allergic to pets or want kind, prompt service.
Arrangement was nice & delivered in a timely fashion however delivery didn't wait for door to be answered nor was the specified card included. Recipient had no idea who the flowers were from!
Purchased flowers for a colleague that was in the hospital. The could not find the person in the hospital because they misspelled the name. The Flower Boutique DID NOT call me to tell me there was a problem, I had to find out because they were not delivered. I contacted them about it and gave them the name again and they misspelled it again. They could not deliver and again DID NOT contact me when they couldn't. I will not use them again, poor service and did not meet any level of expectation!
I have always had a good experience at the flower boutique. They do a great job and are always very friendly. I personally love to go there BECAUSE of the animals.
