This store has excellent customer service. I'm actually shocked at the negative comments, in fact.. I believe they are probably fake due to fact the same 2 employees are repeatedly mentioned. I've received only the best service and have outfitted my entire family for the winter here. Their management staff is top notch and it saddens me that someone with a personal vendetta would make such comments. Get over whatever your problem is dude and if its because you weren't hired?
