When I pulled into the campground the folks was super super super nice. I got there after dark and they still filled my propane for me because it was 30 degrees outside. The staff here is second to none absolutely anywhere that I've been.

If you have tall coaches or trailers you may want to book in the green spaces whether you have 30 amp or not. Going in some of the 30 amp only spaces could pose a problem with you trying to back in especially in that twenties and thirties

Neat being so close to the battlefield. Charming little creek. Quite but noisy. Kids are just excited. Community events like bingo and crafts. Tents and trailers. Only noisy if you like secluded backpacking type camping.

The sites seem to be relatively level. My Jacks are simply touching the ground for stability purposes only. The cable is crystal clear with a good signal but as with most Campground WiFi it can be a little shaky or spotty. Nevertheless it does work

Great campground! Riverside sites, Numerous Activities for All Ages, Shuffle Board, Mini Golf, and a nice Swimming Pool are just a few of the things that make this a must stay in the Gettysburg area. The spots are close together but angled in such a way that you feel like you have more space. During your stay you may be visited by Ducks, Egrets, Blue Herring or various other wildlife! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Make sure to stop by the treat shop and get some ice cream!

Awesome Campground! Where do I start... Super clean grounds, squeaky clean bathhouses, Delicious ice cream parlor & snack bar, a ton of fun activities, a great general store that carries everything you left home & more! The staff are off the charts friendly & knowledgeable. I must give a special shout out to Mr. Robert & Mr. Bill , these kind fellows were there for us when my nephew (with special needs) had a spill in the gravel and injured his knee. Mr. Robert & Mr. Bill (a retired EMT) was right there knocking on our RV door asking to be of assistance. The girl(s) in the general store (nice kid with the purple hair) were also very eager to help as well! They even did a stop by a day later to check on him. I would like to thank them all for going above & beyond! As a business owner I know the struggles of staffing the right folks for the job... The Adams family have struck gold with this crew! Thanks again Gettysburg Campground!!! --The Shaffers

For me customer service is everything and if I could give it six stars I would

Went with my mom for the Halloween stuff, it was awesome to see all the campers decorated, and the effort that people put in! Everyone was extremely nice and I really loved that during trick or treating many campers gave out non candy items! It poured down rain immediately after trick or treating which put a damper on things but overall it was great.
