This campground is special as being the very first place I ever camped at. Nestled among copses of trees here and there, are firepits, and flat expanses of grass perfect to pitch a tent on, its close proximity to the battlefield is another bonus to camping here.
Great campground for Boy Scouts. Quiet, save for a few cows, and with great proximity to the battlefield.
Great spot for large youth/scouting groups! Or host was very helpful and friendly. We had a great weekend, even though it rained a good of it.
