Little cottages were nice. If you are looking for calm, quiet, or cozy this is not for you. Very cramped.
Clean bathrooms. Nice pool. Other activities for kids need maintenance. Mini golf was covered in mud and leaves. Had a nice site away from highway, but still pretty close to neighbors. Lots of drunk folks in golf carts with foul language weren't the best company for families.
We will come back because overall of was a good experience.
I have friends who live here & it's a nice place. Good showers & laundry room. Not huge - cozy :)
Pro: Clean bathrooms with hot showers, everyone on staff was friendly, availability on short notice, inexpensive compared to other places, a lot of things written into the schedule to do as far as activities but we really came for the battlefields. Great rocks for the kids to climb and play on and lots of adventure for them!
Would not recommend as a transient rv park. Most units are permanent. Some units worn looking. Very close parking to other units.
Cons: seems to be more of a long term camping place for people so it does has a trailer park vibe, however, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. It is very rocky. If you tent camp you will have trouble finding a soft place to lay. There is not a lot of parking at your site. There are septic sites around the park and they give off a foul odor. Very close to the highway and pool had limited hours.
