We're not picky and were just looking for a place to crash between a work event and some site seeing. The room was dirty. The light/alarm clock power outlet wasn't working between the beds. The toilet paper had puke on it from the last guests. There was a large wad of someone else's hair stuck to the towel when my husband went to dry his face. Our attempts to address these issues with the staff were never followed up on. I would discourage you from staying here.
Stayed here 3 nights. Check-in was quick and easy. Room A/C works well although the vent filters were dirty; I cleaned them. Pet friendly. Had problem with room card key not working right in the door for access. Found upon taking shower, the drain would not drain the shower water, drain was all clogged; I had to clean out lots of hair that had accumulated over time so the water would drain. Room carpet had stains. Lots of wall and ceiling and paint touch-up in room; didn't match the previous paint color. Breakfast was included in the rate, powdered scrambled eggs I guess, they were different. Found a roach on the bathroom tile floor at night, I killed it. Overall, probably would not stay here again given the lack of maintenance that has not been occurring and the lack of HDTV in the rooms.
Quiet, nice beds. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful, polite.
Off the main road so no traffic noise.
We made reservations months ago to stay here for a week in November. We arrived yesterday to the check in dest, received our room key and proceeded to walk to our room. We noticed the carpet missing in places and the hallways missing big chunks of paint. We dropped our bags in our room and spent the evening exploring. We returned later to unpack and unwind. As I unpacked the last bag I noticed bugs moving by the window. My husband grabbed his flashlight and shined it over only to see about 15 black and orange bugs and about 10 stink bugs crawling ALL OVER THE furniture and floor. We called the front desk who moved us to the room across the hall. She informed us that some windows open and bugs get im. By the time we moved rooms (this time not putting things away) it was 11 at night and my kids were exhausted. We woke up this morning and there were BUGS IN THIS ROOM TOO! We decided to leave because the bugs and dirty room were too much for us. We told the assistant manager at the front desk and she just canceled the wrest of our reservations. No one apologised. No one gave us a refund. No one really even attempted to fix the issue. I will NEVER be staying here ever again.
Cons. Bathroom open and you can see the fan isn't spinning though it's making noise? Weird. Used coffee filter still in the coffee maker. Paper thin walls. Pin holes in the window shade. No remote for the tv to be found.
Pros. Pillows , sheets and mattress comfortable. Very large mini fridge and microwave.
