My wife and I usually spend the week before Christmas in Gettysburg. Always stay here. Each staff member is outgoing and courtiest. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there. On odd trips to town, the staff always found us a room. For us there's no other place.
This is 2nd time I stayed here. 1st time was in late 90 early 91 when my 3rd naval enlistment was up. Both times the rooms were clean and comfortable. I actually made reservation for last night and today. Because today is Christmas I was given today free. They offered up, I didn't need to ask. $54 for 1 person 1 king bed in a historical town is value for 1 night. BTW. I did grow up here until 14 yo
Refreshing room to come to after a long day of activity. Quaint breakfast. Lovely and social staff members. Great location for walking around battlefields and downtown Gettysburg. Can't wait to reserve for our next visit.
We go here usually once a month and it never disappoints us. Clean pool, clean rooms, nice staff, and good breakfast. The staff is nice and out of all times staying here, never had any issues. I’m usually afraid to use hotel bathrooms, but this place is fine to use because I know that it’s clean. Overall amazing for the price.
Worth the money. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. Do expect clean budget rooms with easy access to tourist attractions within walking distance. Dining right across the street and an amazing bar connected to the motel for anyone seeking a night-cap. It also seemed like a safe location which is very important to me and my family. No evidence of bugs and no problems with the room.
