Very clean. Very quiet. Pool is nice but not big. However we visit in November so letting the kids swim is a bonus. The pool doesn't need to be big. Breakfast. Wow. No need to go to a restaurant unless you want to spend money you don't need to. Waffles. Pancakes. Toast. Muffins. Biscuits. Sausage gravy. Cereal. Oatmeal. Scrambled eggs. Sausage patties. Sausage links. Hot chocolate. Tea. Coffee. Great coffee. Fresh brewed. Apple and orange juice. And I'm forgetting a bunch more. Staff is great...really great. So helpful and warm. Maid service is awesome too. They give us extra towels and soaps because we have 2 kids and...well...kids. the hotel also puts out warm cookies at night which is a nice treat and idea especially after a long day of touring. Just that little extra that lets you know the staff cares about their guests and does that little extra to make your stay memorable.
Group stayed in Gettysburg for reunion. All staff was friendly. Bfast was yummy. Room was nice and clean.
Starting at the front desk, Melissa was such a sweet lady. My room was everything I wanted, it was clean well appointed, very comfortable and quiet and zero bugs! The breakfast in the morning was great and again everything was very clean. I would return in a heart beat. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
Melissa at the front desk was very helpful in changing my reservation and upon check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The freezer portion on the refrig in 309 needs a good defrosting. Would stay here again.
Very clean and modern! One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The front desk lady was extremely kind, she went as far as letting us keep our car parked even after check out. She chatted with everyone and was just so nice. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was amazing. Very big rooms and they were adored by all of us.
