Beautiful, comes with all the amenities you need. Clean and stunning touches in the cabins. Beds were comfortable. The peace and quiet there is good for the heart and soul. Close enough to the town for your tourist needs, far enough away so you can wind down for the evening, enjoy a glass of PA wine you picked up that day, and enjoy the sunset over the mountainside. If you just finished a historian's worthy trek through the battlegrounds, this place is where to best rest and reflect upon the day.

Beautiful area, nice quaint little cabins. A bit pricey, wish that the continental breakfast was included. We did drive a short distance to a fabulous little dinner for a hot meal and spent the same amount they were charging for a cold continental breakfast.
Loved our stay! We stayed in the Corp Quarters of the CT lodge. Absolutely wonderful inside. Definitely captured the lodge look. Especially loved the Dale Gallon painting above the bed. Very clean and comfortable. Our only complaints were that we could quite clearly hear the other occupants in the Lt Lodge side. Unsure if they were just loud but it was a bit annoying. Also we had troubles finding parking close to our lodge on 2 of our 3 nights. There were wedding parties those nights so not sure if they were parking in the guest spots. All in all a great place to stay and would stay again and recommend!
This, in my opinion, is the premiere location to stay for a battlefield visit. First, the view from the main Lodge is amazing and looks over to Ford's farm and the tower overlook near the Peach Orchard. Second, the private or shared cabins make it perfect for families and couples. Third, it is pitch dark and quiet, so bring a telescope, gorgeous. There are rooms with shared common kitchens if you so choose or large suites. The grounds are sloped, but there are some nice side running trails and a pond to fish. Although the main cabin is more for events, the staff will open the bar if you want to catch a drink. Highly recommend a stay here.
